Lockdowns and travel restrictions are unfortunately again a big issue in Europe and they are once again deeply affecting businesses and daily operations of us all. We would like for our clients & passengers to know that we are committed to making your lives easier and simpler. That means:
(1)
TAKING CARE OF OUR AIRCRAFTS: We are devoted to making the passengers feel safe, relaxed and comfortable during their flight with us. Our aircrafts are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis in order to avoid any contamination and each of our jets undergoes maintenance according to the most stringent regulatory requirements. We keep on striving for the highest standards of excellence.
(2)
TAKING CARE OF OUR EMPLOYEES & CREWS: People are the backbone of successful operations and success is the foundation of client satisfaction and trust between us as partners. That is why ensuring our employees and crew members stay healthy, keeping them happy and content as well as providing maximum support during this pandemic is an equally important priority as aircraft management.
(3)
GIVING OUR BEST: Restrictions and limitations we face are not the same for every country or region and those restrictions are continuously changing. We're dedicated to finding ways to fly the passengers to their desired destination with a condition flight operations are possible according to regulatory requirements currently in force. We approach each flight request individually, we check possible restrictions based on pax nationalities and reasons for travel and, within areas and issues that we can control or affect, we're doing our best to be fast, meticulous and timely, as well as to continuously communicate about what's necessary in order to perform a certain flight.

BEING AWARE OF THE CANCELLATION ISSUES: We are very much aware of how hard it is to make any kind of planning nowadays, especially travel plans. We're certain many of you are wondering about cancellation terms so please note that Jung Sky has adjusted its cancellation policy and that these new terms are effective immediately and will be valid until further notice.
- If the flight is cancelled within 7 days, but more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the contracted transport fee will be applied.
- If the flight is cancelled within the last 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted transport fee will be applied.
- In case of a no show, cancellation fee of 75% of the contracted fee will be applied.
Also, it's interesting to note that - since there is currently no lockdown in Croatia - we've been getting more and more inquiries with clients coming to Croatia to avoid the more harsh measures around Europe. Jung Sky operates with two of our own Cessna 525A CJ2 jets (6 seats) that are based in Zagreb, Croatia. We perform more than 1.200 flights per year and operate throughout Europe and northern Africa. All of our flights are performed by a two-pilot crew (Captain + First Officer) and there are a total of nine pilots in our team.
Our sales representatives ([email protected]) are continuously at your disposal and having our own Operational Control Center / Flight dispatch department enables us to gather important information as fast as possible.
